Returns the models the current API key can use. Availability depends on the key's group, so different keys may get different lists.

Fields
Other fields follow the official OpenAI / Anthropic list formats. The "Fetch available models" action of DeepSeek Harness reads these fields to fill in model names and capacities; see DeepSeek Harness.
The same endpoint also accepts Anthropic-style authentication (the x-api-key header).
